Property rights of women in husbands property and maintainance

My husband dont want to live with me , he wants divorce i have one daughter of 9 months ,before daughters birth he has decided to give me divorce. He had said that he is ready to pay my daughters all expenses after divorce. I want to know that can i get the share of property from my husbands property if i file a case in court and other that than property and maintainance money , what i can claim from my husband .please answer in context of muslim women.

Hi, Have read your query. We have done divorce cases involving hindus. But havent done a case involving Muslims. I can do it by reading further about the same and fight your case if you can meet us n brief us about your case.

If you are opting for khula then you will not be getting anything. If the divorce is by Talaq then you can ask for one time settlement. The children will be getting maintenance till the time of their marriage. You can also get maintenance if you are non earning person till you get married again.
