Promise of marriage and taken money in the name of future building

Dear sir/madam, I was in a relationship with a boy from 2018 and he has promised to get married..our family were also known about our relationship and during this period we had physical relationship also... As we were going to married after all .so ...in 2022 and 2023 he also taken loan in my name as he was planning to go to abord and he cant show himself ..a liable person so he taken loan from my name ..Now he has refused to marriage and also not giving me my money back .. What should i do

Hello Mam we have a very strong case against boy. The best one would be to file a rape case. I can help you. He will give you your payment along with interest. also we can force him to marry you according to your understanding after the above mentioned incident. Thanks & Regards

If you both were in a physical relationship and you wish to marry him and want to go legal then you can always file a police complaint against him in the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a FIR under section 376 IPC. And as far as the money is concerned you need to serve him a legal notice and then a recovery suit if required.

Dear ma'am. I would suggest you lodge a police complaint without any further delay for the offences of rape on the pretext of marriage, cheating, criminal breach of trust and many more. This way you can stop him from running abroad with your money. You may consult me in that regard.

Seek a detailed legal consultation and engage a lawyer. Its a clear cut case of cheating and deception. False promise to marry and still having sexual intercourse would amount to rape under 376 IPC. Further if You can prove that you gave him the loan amount through online mode it can be recovered by filing a Suit
