Process to get divorce and child custody

Hello, I'm 36 yr old working in a pvt Bank and my wife is house wife. I have a daughter age 4 yrs. Can I get divorce from my wife and I want my girls custody so is it possible?? Is it compulsory to pay any money to her if I get divorce?? Religion - Hindu-Maratha

If Both of you agree and consent for divorce then you can file divorce petition with consent therein you can file consent terms with regards to custody of child & alimony. Thanks & kindly contact for more info
