Procedure to get divorce in case of married in mental pressure

one Month passed since our marriage,we are not able to live cordially in our relationship,he don't loves me and it hurts me lot while living with him,he was forced to get married by me.we don't have any peace in our relationship so some how we are about to end this relationship,we don't have specific reason but we don't wish to continue this relationship.so should we specify the reason before the court.

Hello, yes need some grounds for divorce and separation must in case of contest, even for mutual divorce separation is also necessary. If it's any kind of abuses you can file Domestic Violence case. For maintenance S125 will be applicable.
