Procedure to file for the divorce after staying separate for 3 years

My wife leave me and went to her home since Jan 2015 and after that file BHARAN poshan and she got BHARAN POSHAN 5000 finally and challenging to increase BHARAN POSHAN 10000 in high court recently so I want to know inspite of all these things and approx 3 yrs gap between both of us, so if I file divorce, what is the chances to get divorced

If your wife agrees to mutual consent divorce then you can easily get the divorce. But if she doesn't agree for mutual consent divorce then you have to file regular divorce petition in which you have to prove proper grounds for divorce such as cruelty, desertion etc. I think you can prove the desertion by her as she has leaved you in Jan. 2015 and since then she did not resume cohabitation with you.
