Procedure to file for divorce and claiming maintenance form husband

My Husband is in Indian Army. I have 3 years Baby Girl. When I was Pregnant that time also he hurt me more. Just 5 days back he tried to Killed me when we all are in our Native Place. I have put the FIR in that Police Station. I have the Photos of Mine also have the that FIR Copy. Now I wanted to be separate from him. We have one Property in Mumbai which is in our both Name. Still that Property loan in pending. Now he is very much confident that i can not do anything to him bcz he is Indian Army Person. Kindly suggest how can i separate with Him and what can I do for that. I want my money which i spend in that Property and Cost for my Kid education and Marriage.
You can file complaint before supredentant of army as they have their different authorities to deal with (written complaint)and then you can approach family court on the ground of cruelty and file for divorce. You can invoke Domestic Violence act 2005 in same divorce petition.
