Procedure to apply for contested divorce

Within how many months I can get divorce I want to apply for contested divorce I filed dvc, maintenance, fir still it is in notice summons stage feel it is stuck because currently he escaped from the present address and changed his number now don't know .he is not cooperating so can I proceed with contested divorce how much it costs in visakhapatnam like city . I want to end this marriage as soon as possible and want my freedom and peace back What will be the complete procedure and timeline

to get divorce there are many factors if any body says specific time they are just fooling you,you just have to follow the procedure of the court,the cost of lawyer depends on the charge of the LAWYER IT MAY BE 30K TO 3 LAKHS...DEPENDS ON lawyer to lawyer...
