To produce video evidence like CCTV in an Indian divorce case: Submit footage with a Section 65B Certificate (Indian Evidence Act). File an affidavit detailing device and recording. Court may verify authenticity and allow cross-examination by both parties.

you can simply submit a pendrive to the court along with a certificate u/s. 65B of Indian Evidence Act. Make sure that you make a index with the list of additional documents that you want to file. in case you require any further legal assistance you may contact me.
