Procedure in order to be saved against the false accusations by wife

 I was married in oct 2015under Hindu marriage law. My wife continued her pre marriage affair even after marriage. I warned her and requested her to close the issue then and there and start living life with new begining. I also tracked her mobile to check if she complied or not. She didn't. After that on several occasions i warned her and also discussed the matter with her parents. They were also failed to convince her and now they joined her against me. So i tried to talk to them for mutual consent divorce.but they didn't pay heed. Now i filed divorce petition from my side. I want to know what else i should do to save myself from any false accusations from them.some suggested to put an application to women commission also. Should it be better option to go to women commission.
