procedure in crpc of any IPC section for gay husband medical check up

After few months of non consumption of marriage wife found her husband to be involved in anal sex with male friend and has failed to get required erection required for consummation of marriage. Eventually wife has filed a false and fraud complaint in police station regarding the fraud marriage. As a psi what authority and what investigation can be done in such matter to prove the fraud and how by law can the medical examination of gay husband be done.

Well, as a PSI, you have to first understand the facts and circumstances of the case thoroughly and then ask both the parties to submit the evidences in support of the claims which they have been making. Moreover, you have to get the tests done in a Government laboratory to figure out whether the accused Husband is Gay or not and whether such fact he had revealed to his wife or not before engaging in marriage with her.
