Procedure in case Husband forcing for divorce

I married a guy after 12 years of relationship. Now we are married for 2.5 years.but after one year of marriage he moved out of india for job.. for 10 months he was fine. Soon after that he started asking me for divorce...he even blocked me from everywhere for 6 months...without any updates about himself....after dt when we started talking.. he tortures me... To say yes for divorce...his family says they cant help me... But i dont want divorce..what legal action can i take against him....i dont want divorce
You can file cases against husband and in laws before women cell, court cases for maintainance under Domestic violence Act, Dowry Harassment 498A, maintainance under 125 Cr PC. RCR under Hindu Marriage Act.
