Procedure if husband ran away to UK after marriage

My friend got married 3 months back...after 10 day of marriage her husband went back to UK...since neither in laws nor husband talked to her properly...we tried to arrange for meeting but they are not giving us time..saying that after one year we will give her divorce...we spend lot of money on grand wedding ... What she shud do now...at present she is living alone on rent...
As per query the husband has left the society by his own from her wife. You should have a talk with the husband and her in-laws. If you dont want divorce have to go for counselling and if you want you have to discuss about the expenses and repay the same for it. Simply divorce he can't give to you. Keep conditions for the same
