Procedure for withdrawal of DV case filed against husband

My husband and I have arrived at mutual understanding that I should withdraw DV case filed and in return he would return the money he taken as dowry from my father. Now how to proceed and what document should we execute in writing so that in future we don't face any problems ? Please provide format /draft of the said written document. Thanks.

go to court. stand in box. show I'd proof. judge will ask why dropping the case? give your reason. show ID Card. case withdrawal application should also be submitted. case will be kept for withdrawal. judge will take necessary action.
