Present Salary Details through RTI

Respected concern I have filed RTI in 2019 in order to get the salary details of my husband who is working in UBI. After filling RTI, I got his gross salary details. It’s been 4 years now I wanted to get his present salary details for which I again filed an RTI mentioning to get present salary details but I got an answer mentioning that they have already provided me his salary details. I request to please help me to file RTI so that I can submit the same in court.

since you have not got a satisfactory response from RTI you need to file an appeal to get proper response. You can also get direction from the court to get an answer. for more details contact me Advocate Ranjeet Sonker High court
