Precautions that the husband must take in a mutual divorce

10-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
my wife have told me she wants amicable mutual divorce, what precautions do i have to take? we do not have any children, we got married first by traditional way[brahmin performs] then in same marriage hall, we did court marriage[officer came]. we are staying apart for more than 1 year. my wife is working for 10 years in software co. from my side i do not have any conditions related to finance, i am hoping no conditions from her side as well. do we have to go to court? do we have to hire one lawyer or two seperate lawyers ? are we asked any questions during mutual divorce by judges? if we don't have any terms and conditions in mutual divorce, do we get faster divorce in pune? can lawyer get divorce without either attending case?

Mutual consent divorce petition filing procedure -. Both husband and wife ready for separation with mutual consent. As we as separation More than one year.
One lawyer can file petition for you.
You have to visit court at the time of case subMission, then first hearing , counseling, after case filing date after six month affidavit filing stage, you have to present that time, then you will get order copy. Three time you have to attend court.

Hi For a mutual consent divorce both her husband and wife have to be present. Divorce is granted 6 months after the date of filing , provided after 6 months both of you still want the divorce. The process is same everywhere not faster in pune and you have to file the divorce petition according to jurisdiction. Terms and conditions of no claims pending , stridhan with her etc can be mention in the petition. Hiring one or two separate lawyers is choice of you both. Judge might ask few questions which your lawyer will prepare you for. To contact me check www.divorcewhammy.com

if you have the trust then you both can approach one advocate. you both need to attend the court twice in mutual divorce. the counselor may ask very basic questions. the entire process will take 6 months.
