If your daughter is getting unnecessary harassment from her husband and in-laws then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station or CAW cell according to your jurisdiction. And if the situation is unsecure for her then you can also file a complaint under the DV act before the court or even apply for judicial separation. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Sir, we have many options available with us to proceed against this person and his family. An FIR can be immediately lodged upon a written legal police complaint against the boy and his parents for dowry, lying for the purpose of marriage. Simultaneously we should file a petition for domestic violence against him and his family in the mahila court of your jurisdiction which is specifically enacted for the protection of women from domestic violence and the remedy granted there is faster than the rest of the proceedings. If your daughter is eligible for maintenance we can claim the maintenance from her husband in the domestic violence case itself. For more information, you may consult me.
