Possibility of winning case if wife have evidence

I am working lady but my salary is less than husband While husband has filed section 10 HMA on mental cruelty I don't want to end the marriage I have evidence like whats app chats, money transfer to husband account, groceries bill paid by me, electronics equipment paid by me , honey moon bills partially paid by me , online gifts etc. He has some audio recording of matrial uncle. What is possibility of winning case will court consider this evidence on merits or not .?

dear client as per your query since you don't want separation from your husband but as your husband has already done the filling section 10 of HMA you need to prove evidence and state that you don't need legal separation from your husband..

These can be considered as evidence. If you do not want to end the marriage then contest the suit. possibility of winning cannot be said without knowing the entire pleading. consult with your conducting Advocate then decide the path through which you can win the case.
