Police clearance certificate for 498a

My brother in law's (wife's real brother) wife filed FIR against him and 4 other family members, his uncle, aunt, myself and my wife. U/s 323, 498a, 34, 506 in December 2021, since then we took anticipatory bail and also filed for quashing FIR in high court, it has not been quashed yet as the advocate keeps on saying the court is not giving date. Till date chargesheet has not been filed. Now when I applied for PCC, I am being asked about this matter, how can I get clear PCC?

The charge sheet must have been filled by now because the matter is of December 2021. If the Court is not giving you the date the matter is required to be circulated before the High court to conduct the hearing.
