Please Provide Me Solution And In This Case Is Vslide Foe Maintenance

02-Nov-2025 (In Divorce Law)
Before muslim marriage, the woman and her family clearly confirmed and promised that she would not do any job after marriage and that she would stay with her husband’s family. Based on her confirmation, I accepted her marriage proposal. However, after marriage, it was found that: She is not a graduate (only an undergraduate), She does not know how to cook or manage household work, She refuses to live with her in-laws, She uses abusive or bad language with her husband and in-laws, She makes unnecessary and unwanted demands, She demands money whenever she performs any household work or even without doing any work, She neglects her children and goes out for exams or interviews for 2–4 days without giving any reason or informing the family. In such a situation, what kind of legal action can be taken against her and her family under Indian law for giving false information before marriage and for such behaviour after marriage?

Well, you can file a case of Cheating with Impersonation against her under the concerned provision of BNS and you can file for getting the Marriage declared as Null & Void under the concerned provisions of law.
