You must take advice on this from your advocate who is working on your divorce case …according to me you should mention the date of birth which is mentioned in her educational certificates as well as pan card and Aadhaar card… if these are matching in the said documents, then this would be more authentic …for more information please be in touch ..thank you

use the date of birth that has been mentioned in the aadhar card.
although this aspect is not gonna be an influential factor in your divorce proceedings but still try and use the date of birth mentioned in the government documents.

Hello as you people were planning to file a petition for mutual divorce and you will be getting a MOU done prior to that so it will be better to write down the date of birth which is been mentioned in pan card Aadhaar card or other educational documents of your wife because it is the only authenticate documents which are being given by the registered government agencies

THE ONE WHICH IS MENTIONED IN THE AADHAR AND OTHER GOVT. DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE MENTIONED. SINCE YOU ARE FILING MUTUALLY NO NEED TO RAISE IT ANYWHERE. If raised, that might create unnecessary trouble. Hence, your query is answered accordingly.
