Please help with consultation for divorce n may be alimony

Hi Team, I got married in 2019 it's love marriage his family was not ready due to caste issue but we still got married and he said he will talk to them. It's been almost 2 years and he is still not ready to talk to them and he has huge loan I also take care of my family so we both are not staying together he stays with his family I am staying with my. My entire family is aware abt marriage. Now because he can't talk yo them also we can't afford to stay together plus he lies a lot last month h4 confirmed that he told his family but that was lie. So eventually my life is screwed being married I have no in laws no husband plus he owes me 5 lakh rupees now I have decided to divorce him because it's not fair for me to stay like this please help me as he is not willing to divorce me I need some suggestions kindly assist how I can solve this
Dear queriest, it seems from your query that you have been so easily cheated by your so called husband and therefore he has took to you for a ride which would was only on a hope and take promises. and now you want to take divorce from him. if you want that husband and those in laws then go for legal notice send the legal notice to your husband and in-laws disclosing all about marriage and loans and affter ward go to husband house and stay there if you don't want that husband or in laws file an application of dv in court and you can also file police complaint agents husband there are some criminal provisions also or directly you can ask him divorce by legal notice disision is yours what you chose it's on you
