My boy friend use me he makes physical relationship with me and we will marriage soon but now he is said his family was not allowed he marry some another girl

If you are physically abused by your boyfriend and want to teach him a lesson then you can always file a complaint with the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a FIR against him under section 376 since making physical relationship with intend to get married is also classified as rape. The appropriate remedy for this is to lodge an FIR under relevant provisions of the law. Upon compliance of the same by the authorities, you will have the culprit arrested and put behind bars. The punishment can extend to 10 years of imprisonment.
