my husband is addicted to alcohol and gutka.. under that influence he always mentally and physically abusing me since marriage.. because of my infertility issue also he is emotionally abusing me cotinuously. i want legal advice for what to do next

Well, if your Husband is having so many problems with you, then, he needs to adopt a legal way to get separated from you, rather than hitting you, I suggest you, that, as he is hitting you, you can seek Divorce from him and parallely, lodge a FIR against him + Go for a DV Case and file a case to seek Maintenance from him.
