Physical abuse by husband will it be suggested to take case back

29-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am from hindu community. In a span of 1 month of my arranged marriage There was a scuffle between me and my husband on household things. Things turned so bad that he raised hand upon me bitterly and abused me too.after that I had my medical treatment from a near by doctor .I have medical n pics of bruises and scars. I came to my home with my some belongings. Waited for a month no response from his side nor his parents side for settlement. den filed a complaint against him on domestic violence and also dowry charges in women cell. Had 2 counselling sessions up till now . both family not ready to settle things amicably. I wish to go back to him bt on my condition that he won't repeat this mistake in future. And he is saying take complaint back by saying it is false. Now I want to ask what legal action I can take on him if I go back and he repeats the same mistake? Also tell me if he writes on stamp paper he won't abuse me physically so how much value it has legally ?

One can definitely execute the rental agreement for 36 months with some additional clauses, which include the following:
• Average increase of 5-7 per cent on an yearly basis.
• Either party can terminate the rent agreement by giving a notice in three month advance without mentioning any reason for termination and conditions as standard.
Renewable/extendable agreements for three to five years can also be made and registered. However, the stamp duty and registration charges for longer duration may differ. I advise you to demand advance rent for one or two months as security deposit which should be refunded at the time of termination of agreement or completion of time period for which it is entered into.
