Phone call records is enough for evidence to prove adultery?

My wife have a affair with a person who is my relative. After I knowing, I forcefully collected both mobiles. My wife deleted all chats, photos etc...but I found all chats, photos and call records in his mobile. So many sexual records are there in his mobile. Can I use his mobile for evidence in court? I have a 4years doughter. What's about child custody. Plz sugest.

Dear Sir, A wife who is in adulterous life cannot get child custody. On such records you can file divorce case and you will get divorce without alimony. Further, you will get permanent child custody. Deletion of messages by your wife goes to presume that she had an affair with your relative.
