Also i will stay with another girl in Delhi without marrying and make a agreement with that girl as a care taker of my kid , as no one at home to take care of my kid what would be legal implication.

It would be better for you to take proper legal guidelines by showing complete files of your cases to an advocate so that you can take a right path to handle your issues. Vague answers will not give you the exact relief .

As you said that now presently your are living another girl without marriage it is consider as adulterous and law does not recognise this union. if the said girl made complaint then you will booked under section 376 IPC. Please take note.

Hello, you do not have to show up in Court for every hearing, except when directed by the Court to be present in person. You can engage a local lawyer in Ranchi.

With respect to the agreement, a care taker agreement can be entered into, however in your circumstances the same is not advisable. One can enter into a care taker agreement with a baby sitter or a maid etc., Please feel free to contact for further queries.
