Based on Ex parte divorse on Falls grounds and wrong address, you have rightfully challenged in the High Court of Telangana . if your husband falsely stated in maintenance case, you can file a perjury petition under section 340 of The Criminal Procedure Code in the relevant Court . The court can direct prosecution under Section 193 IPC. If perjury is proven imprisonment is possible under Section 193 IPC.
