Payment after maintenance order

Once the order is passed, is it advisable for husband to wait for the notice or immediately start paying the maintenance?
Yes if there is a court order it's advisable to start paying accordingly. The husband can also approach the District Judge or the High Court for an interim stay of the order.
If the husband waits the wife can also file an Execution Case for recovery of the arrears.
