According to the court's order sheet, your lawyer was present, but your husband was absent. The court has given you 7 days to pursue the matter (i.e., complete further procedures such as serving the notice). Your husband has been given a date of December 9, 2025, to file his objection/reply. Ex-parte Order: If your husband does not appear in court on the subsequent dates and fails to file his objection, the court may proceed ex-parte against him. The court will then pass a maintenance order based solely on your evidence. Ensure that the court notice has been legally served on your husband. The court can only take further action after receiving the service report.
