Meri yaani patni ki 125(1)crpc interim maintainance case mein pati nahi aata hain pehli date 6.10.25 ko pehli sunwayi ya pehli peshi mein court.uske baad ye order hua hain ordersheet mein.likha hain ki..patravali prastut patni adhivakta upasthit.7 din mein pairvi.waaste aapatti 9.12.25 ko pesh ho..is order mein pati ke khilaaf kya aadesh hua hai

koi aadesh nahi hua hai pati khilaf balki patni ko adeshit kiya gaya hai ki woh 7 dino ke andar pairavi kare jisse pati ke liye court ka notice jaari ho sake. Agar aap Ghaziabad se hai aur adhik jaankari prapt karna chahte ho tou kripya mujhse contact kare

opposite party ko dubara notice ka order huwa hai ,aur opposite ko ws(written statement )file karne k liye karywahi chal rhi hai agr , opposite party nhi hajir hote h next date par dubara notice k baad bhi to ws (written statement)ka chance close krke court expatry ka order kr skta hai
