Patni ki 125(1)crpc interim maintainance case mein hum yaani pati pehli date 6.10.25 ko sunwayi ya peshi mein hum court gaye nahi.uske baad ye order hua hain ordersheet mein.likha hain ki..patravali prastut prathni adhivakta upasthit.7 din mein pairvi.waaste aapatti 9.12.25 ko pesh ho..is order ka kya matlab hain.isme hame kya nuksan hua.aage hum kya kare.dusri notice bhi abhitak nahi aayi hain.dusri notice mein kya aadesh likha hoga.ab set aside for appearance ka karna hoga kya.
