Patni ki 125(1)crpc case mein hum pehli date 6.10 ko yaani pehli sunwayi mein hum gaye nahi.ab ye order hua hain.yaani pehli sunwayi ke baad.ordersheet mein likha hain..patrawali prastut.prathni adhiwaqta upasthiti.7 din mein pairvi.waaste aapaati 9.12.25 ko pesh ho..is order mein mere khilaaf kya hua hain.aur hum aage kya kare

is prder me aapke khilaaf kuch nhi hua hai vaste aapati lagane ki date mili hai jo unhone lgaya hai us pr aapatti lagane ka mauka mila hai aapko ab jo next date hai us pr aap court me advocate k sath appear hokar aapati lga skte ho jis pr uske baad court sunwai karegi tab order karegi
