Patni ki 125(1)crpc case mein hum pehli date 6.10 ko yaani pehli sunwayi mein hum gaye nahi.ab ye order hua hain.yaani pehli sunwayi ke baad.ordersheet mein likha hain..patrawali prastut.prathni adhiwaqta upasthiti.7 din mein pairvi.waaste aapaati 9.12.25 ko pesh ho..is order mein mere khilaaf kya hua hain.aur hum aage kya kare

From the information you have provided nothing against you has been ordered by the Court. Since, you have not appeared before the Court, the petitioner i.e. your wife has been ordered to serve summons to you again within 7 days of the order so as to allow the Respondent i.e. the husband to file his reply. On the next hearing you need to appear before the Court and receive the copy of the petition filed.
