Passport renewal when 498a case is on

I need to get my passport renewed. Post my marriage I never added the name of my spouse to my passport, however, we did go abroad for the honeymoon, it was Visa on arrival. Do not even have marriagecertificate. We separated soon after. Now she has filed false 498a case against me and my family. There is no FIR and I haven't received any intimation from the court either. Do I need the courts permission for renewal of my passport? Can I put marital status as separated and apply for renewal?
yes you can file application of passport for seeking permission before court now you have passport or not if you have passport you can file permissions and here not properly mentioned about your complaints it's filled or not so kindly share your details waise history i will give you updates
