Parents beating me, I have CCTV footage.

My parents have installed 6 cctv cameras in my rented apartment. They also beat me up and it is recorded in one of the cctv camera. I am girl and I am above 18. What will happen to my education if I report them will they still be liable to pay? Under what all acts can I file case against them?

An FIR can be lodged against them initially and if you are able to prove their motive at a later they may be held liable to be punished as per law. The CCTV footage is sufficient for the initiation of FIR. For more details, you may consult me. Good Luck!

yes they will be liable to pay even if you report them as it will be covered under the provisions of maintainance act. we should discuss in detail what can be done for the same and then 0roceed accordingly
