Our case (Petitioner) is on defence evidence stage and respondents have submitted the application to call complaint's father as their defence evidence, is this maintainable ? Can complaint's father be summoned by the judge to give evidence ? The father had no role in the case and no involvement is mentioned in entire case , what are the remedies to oppose this as we don't want our father to appear in the court?

If accuses is calling your father than your advocate should teach your father before evidence what to say in evidence he can make your case stronger totally depends upon your advocate what he will do and how
