Other party not responding for divorce

What should the boy do if the girl side is unnecessarily delaying for filing mutual divorce despite of agreeing and finalizing the draft for mutual divorce. What is the way out.

Then you file divorce case against your spouse if they are not following the agreed part. Let her contest the case and later the matter can be dealt as per mutual consent divorce with the permission of court.
