Dear Sir/Madam, If the contents of Affidavit are not clear then the Court may ask the party to file amended affidavit. Take certified copy of such affidavit and if material changes will be included in the amended affidavit then you may approach the High Court restraining the Trial Court from giving permission to the other party to file altered affidavit.
