My wife is extremely abusive, unreasonable and controlling. how do i prepare for a divorce as a male in india ? how to make sure myself, parents, finances, property are secure ?

hi if you want to file for divorce then you could file it on grounds of mental and physical cruelty in competent court and that it is becoming difficult to stay together and if she had filed any cases then you could file quash petition
