Sir/madam,
On 11.10.2018, family court judge gave direction to me(husband) that husband pay one time litigation expenses of rs. 11,000/- to wife. Wife is working in Lal path labs as lab technician and taking rs. 16,000/- salary per month. Is she is entitled for one time litigation expenses?
Hi,
Yes. Your wife is entitled to a one time payment of Rs.11,000/- for litigation expenses. This is usually done at the first or the second hearing.
This is in accordance with and is also mandated by the landmark judgment of 'Kusum Sharma vs. Mahinder Kumar Sharma' passed by the Delhi High Court.
