one side divorce within 6 month of time

I have done court-marriage but now the girl is not interested in me she is ignoring my calls and messages. she does not want to live with me. from last 3 year we are not living together and now i am looking for one side divorce . can anyone tell me how much time it will take to get one side divorce. she is not ready for mutual divorce. she threatening me do whatever you want to do? i just want to get out of this situation. i dont want my family get included in this matter also? can i get divorce within 6 month.

We can file one side divorce at Family court on the grounds of cruelty and mental harrasment, if you know about her love affair outside the marriage we can also include the said ground in the petition, however it will take minimum 1 year to complete the process, there is one more option we can file the application at court for divorce thereafter court would appoint counselor and counselor may convince her for mutual divorce.

First Of All Instantly You Will Not Get Divorce within 6 months . It's Court procedure. According To procedure You Have Send An Legal Of Restitution To Your Wife With Specified Date You Got Married. Since When She Left From Your Side Everything. Send Legal Notice To Your Wife Where She Stays (Appropriate Address) . Then Further File Divorce Petition Before Court. If She Doesn't Appear Before Court. Court Will Pass an Ex- Party Order.
