On what grounds I can file for divorce?

I married 2years back. Still we don't have children. Checkuped and doctor told he is not able to birth. What section base and manner I will get divorce. He don't have humanity also, selfish one. Please advice me
you can file a divorce case on the ground of inability to consummate your marriage and on the ground of cruelty. Further cruelty includes both physical and mental cruelty. you can file the divorce case where you reside temporarily.

Infertility is not strong ground to sedk divorce. (Unlike Impotency ).
As you are alleging he is inhuman and selfish, I guess you can file for divorce on the ground of crualty.
If he is also in agreement with you for divorce, both of you can opt for Mutual consent divorce. Which is less time consuming and easiest method.
