Nullifying the marriage registration

My son got married to Indian born US citizen in 2013 in Hyderabad and the same has been registered in Sub registrar office. Both of them filed a divorce in US and got divorced in 2021 in US. How to nullify the registration done in Sub Registrar office. Regards

hi, once you get the divorce decree from US court then it will be sufficient for you no need to go in sro office for nullify the registration ,divorced decree is enough for you marry again , after decree the marriage registration is null and void.
