If you are going for mutual Divorce, you don't have the legal duty to pay house rent, child expenses and other expenses to wife every month. However, the same should be agreed by your wife since everything in this petition shall be mutually decided. In case of contested divorce, your wife has the right to claim maintenance during the pendency of divorce petition. You can contact me for further assistance.
