Notice Pending for service report


17-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have been sent a notice for appearing in court against a case filed by my wife in the family court. I received it on 18 and appeared on 21 in the court but a new date was provided by the court as it was pending service report. now again the notice has been sent to me 2 days prior to the court date. Will the court again give new date or will it proceed with the case if I dont appear in the court this time?

Yeah... Court Will give another date if you failed to appear in upcoming date... Normally court used to give 2 to 3 time maximum.... If you r unable to appear than the court will proceed with exparty.
