Not staying with wife since 6 years, what is my marital status ?

Hello Sir/Madam, Many thanks for your time. I was married under Hindu Marriage act in 2007 to Hindu girl. After a year, I realize that she is mentally handicap and diagnosed with Schizophrenia by top doctors. She was undergoing psychiatric medical treatment without my and parents knowledge. My perception is she might be suffering from this disease since her childhood. Finally, I filed divorce petition in 2011 against this medical ground which was rejected by Family court in 2013 and High court in 2017 as I don’t have enough medical proofs. I am planning to appeal for Supreme Court within 90 days as I am not willing to stay with her and risk my and family lives. I have following questions for you, 1. Is my marital status is ‘Legally Separated” now? Since I am staying separate from my wife from last 6 years. If not what is it? 2. Can I be in “Live-in relationship” with unmarried girl?
