Not providing proper maintenance

My father is an government employee with salary of 1lakh+ per month and still sends maintaince after a lot of discussions and arguments all around the month to us (mother and 2 daughters (28yrs and 25yrs). In his 20 years of job he never purchased any house , land , gold and he says he has no savings left and he is in a lot of debts.
We both are unmarried and he has no intentions of our marriages.
We struggle financially every month to meet our needs.
How can we claim our maintenance ?
hi yes your mother and you daughters could file for maintenance in court by filing petition in court on the ground that he is not looking after your mother and you for your marriages and for other needs
