Not give divorce and wanted to harass me and get maintainance p.m.

My wife filed false case that I am not patronizing her.and asked maintainance case.I filled Conguationl rights petition.She filed cc case on 498a,DVC other sections..we went for mediation.she said she doesnot want to live with me and not give divorce but she wanted maintaince per month.As she said false alligations that I will kill my wife and child.They.are criminal minded persons
.She is influenced by her parents and I have 2year boy.Please give the solution sir/madam
hi you could file quash petition to quash the FIR and chargesheet as it is based on all false allegations and you could contest the DVC and maintenance cases as it is filed with all false claims and that she is not eligible for maintenance as she had left the home
