Not attending to the court and diversity is hand maintenance case

I field divorce case in 2018 cruelty ground later she counter and contested and field maintenance DVC 498A. In maintenance she got interim order in 2019. I'm paying the amount. But she was not attending to the court in all cases. Any suggestions.

hi if she is not attending the court for hearings and that if she is not represented by advocate yhen you could ask the court to dismiss the petition and you could file quash petition to quash the 498A and DVC proceedings
