Non disclosure of chronic disease before marriage

After marriage i came to know my wife suffering from chronic disease,before marriage i dnt evidence,after marriage i taken her hospital and got truth.what to do sir,/ mam request u advice me.

Hi if your wife was suffering even earlier to marriage and hided such fact from you it's a kind of cheating on you. You can file for divorce and get out of the marriage on the ground but devase to be a ground for divorce need to incurable. If the devase in your case durable them also u can file for divorce on the ground of cruelty. Regards Shridevi Bhosale
